Every engagement you have with a brand is by definition a 'Brand Experience' - But this is never truer than when you enter a Cafe, Restaurant or Retail Shop, as the designer is also responsible for its framework, and has to work in tandem - perfectly - with your product
This is not just the art of 'Interior' design.
Wisdom states that the Signage; Artwork, Menu-systems; Table numbers; Choice of crockery; Fittings; Lighting; Murals; Promotional Material; Uniforms; Choice of music; Choice of décor - and even smells, all need to work-in-harness to create a memorable and impressionabe brand experience.
Rockerfella has been lucky to work with clients, builders and remarkable architects to work on a handful of interior brand experiences.

This was a classic example of the above: where the branding; interiors; packaging; decor; table numbers; music; lighting and aromas all came together into an amazing brand experience.

Martini is the brain-child of Rockerfella Industries and we LOVE hosting retro-minded folks in our 1960s heritage Ski Accommodation, here in Jindabyne NSW.
Martini is adorned with mid-century decor, utensils and fittings and is always evolving.

OK. Technically Rockerfella didn't design the fit-out for Yama Bar (Perisher). Well we DID! - BUT I was on the pay-roll of Perisher/Vail Resorts at the time, so I cannot claim to have any creative ownership.
But it was my vision, my roll-out and my fit-out, on a shoe-string budget. And I am EXTREMELY proud of this concept. Rightly-so, Perisher has full copyright of this brand.
Seasn. Terrace Cafe Jindabyne
An exercise in designing a cafe that just wanted to design itself.
There are many attractive - but cookie-cutter - cafés in town, so we decided to make one that looked liked it could only sit perfectly in Jindabyne: right in the historic town centre - in its 1960s/mid-century/urban architecture setting .
A bit of vintage nostalgia, a bit of country/hip a lot of natural light, combined with rustic textures and historical local timbers - all frame Jindabyne's best coffee machine (and aspect), makes for a great Jindabyne experience for locals and tourists alike
Base Grind Perisher
Adding a bit of Chalet Chic and Mountain Style to the Perisher Centre - Under the watchful eye of the Perisher senior management team - we gave birth to Base Grind Espresso.
In a resort full of modernity, Base Grind really offers a cosy retreat for a coffee in a vintage setting, as a reminder of Perisher's hip [and important] 1950/60s heritage.
